If you’re considering hiring a personal trainer or fitness coach to help you reach your fitness goals, there are several options available to you.
The type of training and/or training environment you select is going to depend on several questions, including:
- In what type of environment do you wish to work out?
- How much are you willing to pay for personal training sessions?
- How far are you willing to travel to meet with your trainer?
- What are your goals? Do you want to lose weight? Build muscle tone? Train for an event?
In this video, I address all of those questions and more in helping you determine what type of personal training is best for you.
Check it out below:
Whether you want to work with your trainer or coach in a big gym, a private studio, or in your own home, there are many factors that need to be taken into consideration.
Find out what’s most important to you and which factors you think will have the biggest effect on your goals.
From there, search around and ask for a complimentary training session so you can see what it will be like to work out in each particular environment. Most trainers will agree to a comp session as it gives them an opportunity to show you their way of doing things.
One option for training that I did not address in this video is online personal training, but lucky for you I actually already made a video discussing what online training is and how you can benefit from it. You can find that video here.
I hope you find the right type of training for you! Don’t forget to share this video with your friends on social media using the easy buttons below. See you in the next video!
